What is the difference between the automatic and semi-automatic model?
The automatic model is our premium bakery water meter. Its touchscreen allows for easy and precise control of both the temperature and quantity of water.
The semi-automatic model is our more affordable bakery water meter. It also features a touchscreen, but only the water quantity is controlled with it. The water temperature is adjusted manually by the thermostatic valve knob on the right side of the water meter. The thermostatic valve will keep the required temperature constant. The actual water temperature will, however, be displayed on the touchscreen.
Does each Delta Bakery Water Meter come with a hose?
Yes. Each Delta Bakery Water Meter includes a 9′ (2.74m) hose with a stainless steel hook at the end.
