Best suited for both artisan and commercial bakeries and pizzerias, the Delta Water Doser-Mixer (bakery water meter) is an electronic device that allows for automatic and precise addition of water needed for your dough mix. Available as a semi-automatic (“S1”) or automatic (“D1”) model, its precision ensures that you will get the desired quantity of water at the desired temperature to help achieve the exact dough consistency you want.

The automatic model’s simple, digital, touchscreen interface allows for easy and precise control of both the temperature and quantity of water. The semi-automatic model’s touchscreen also allows for easy and precise control of the quantity of water, but the water temperature is adjusted manually by a thermostatic valve knob on the right side of the doser. The thermostatic valve will keep the required temperature constant.

Both models are fully programmable. Save up to 26 settings and eliminate the need to manually input your frequently used ones every time!

What is the difference between the automatic and semi-automatic model?

The automatic model is our premium Water Doser-Mixer (bakery water meter). Its touchscreen allows for easy and precise control of both the temperature and quantity of water.

The semi-automatic model is our more affordable Water Doser-Mixer (bakery water meter). It also features a touchscreen, but only the water quantity is controlled with it. The water temperature is adjusted manually by the thermostatic valve knob on the right side of the doser. The thermostatic valve will keep the required temperature constant. The actual water temperature will, however, be displayed on the touchscreen.

Does each Water Doser-Mixer come with a hose?

Yes. Each Water Doser-Mixer (bakery water meter) includes a 9′ (2.74m) hose with a stainless steel hook at the end.
